You can't give what you don't have. Yes, this is true in all areas of our lives. As an educator with 25 years of experience, I believe that continuing education is essential to doing justice to our students' journeys. Every day in the life of a schoolboy is like a self-confident school bus driver. Parents don't have to worry about their kids one day being dangerous due to drunk driving, etc. However, there are other things that contribute to road safety and overall.

Much of that trust was placed in their children's teachers. As a second parent to my students, seeing them safe and healthy and smart with assignments and everything is the most important thing. Giving them academics and all the support they need should be secondary to a qualified teacher like me.

Therefore, it is important to be competent. Before the COVID-19 pandemic, face-to-face was the traditional scenario and online has evolved quite a bit; today this role is reversed. Online has become the new normal and face-to-face is accepted as an option based on security concerns for students and teachers in school affairs. Everyone must be healthy enough to interact, so vaccinations are required, and strict health protocol measures are followed.

Online courses, workshops and others, outreach and other programs through Google Meet are the only possible way to learn about new skills, knowledge and trends in pedagogy and others. Visit different websites to discuss content, ideas and new teaching/learning strategies, whether online or virtual or mixed classes, etc. Good for a new solution to this New Normal.

Managing an online class requires a lot of skills to make students knowledgeable and smart in real life applications. Yes, deep learning is expected from the end of the lesson. In fact, the beginning of the lesson is the beginning of an interesting and meaningful journey. Each child should get something out of their time through online peer-to-peer interaction, especially during pocket discussions, where groups of students discuss their experiences or reactions to topics discussed in general practice sessions. Yes, this is a good strategy to break into small groups to allow each student to participate in the discussion, speak or give suggestions on a given project or problem.

There are many good teachers, given all the motivation to excel in their tasks. Also, attending high-level seminars, workshops, etc. is the best way to hone your skills and passion for your job.
