Climate Literacy A Must |
As the COP26 summit takes place in Glasgow, Scotland, climate change, awareness, etc. President and; I think it's time to consider it as important as financial literacy and similar.
When everyone is aware of the impact of climate change on us in all areas of our lives, we will not do things that can make the problem worse.
Since then, I have increased environmental awareness, and students took the initiative to clean, plant seeds, and carry out projects related to waste segregation. Starting early in the right way to protect the environment is essential to contribute at least a little to the global effort to combat climate change.
Imagine the impact if half of our 7.9 billion people planted trees or reduced their meat consumption in our fight against this global problem. On the other hand, the effect of indifference will certainly affect our search for a solution to the current problem. We really need global cooperation to solve this problem.
However, in order to have a better chance of winning this battle, you really need to learn, learn, or learn.

Knowing where we are now can be a stepping stone to create action that can be taken even if it is small. Using organic fertilizers, replacing plastic materials with natural materials such as bamboo straw, toothbrushes, among other environmentally harmful materials.

Yes, as little as possible can be done here, such as not protecting products that can harm our environment. There are many commercial products flooding the market and you need to be smart about using products that are less harmful to the environment.
Simply walking to work can do more to reduce carbon emissions than using your car; eat a little meat something.
There are several things you can do to contribute to this initiative. Look around and see where you can fill the gap in your local area regarding environmental challenges. Or you can start a project, support an advocacy, write a poem, story or article to inspire people to get involved and help with this global problem.
Education is the key here. May your wisdom be a shining light for others to follow and make a huge difference.
