- Only 'Crazy' people ask for advice

People who go to counselors and get treatment are ordinary people like you and me who are not violent, dangerous or crazy. Posts like this often stop people from doing what they need to do.

- Counseling changes who you are forever.

You are unique, and the purpose of counseling does not change what makes you unique. The goal is to get a list of changes later and you can only make those changes. Counseling doesn't change who you are, it just helps you become a better person based on your desires.

- Advice only for people with mental illness
